プロテーゼは抜くけど鼻筋は保つ女性

鼻筋の高さは十分なのに鼻筋がぼやけている患者様に対して、プロテーゼを提案する医師がいます。 骨切り幅寄せが出来ないからですね。こちらの方の様に元々の鼻筋が十分高くて骨が太いだけの場合は骨切り幅寄せだけで鼻筋はスッキリと通ります。今回はプロテーゼがすでに入っていましたが鼻先と比べると少し高すぎるのと、持続的な発赤がありましたのでプロテーゼの抜去と筋感を維持するために骨切り幅寄せをご提案しました。正面や上からの写真では鼻筋の光は変わらず、もしくは術後の方が筋が通って見えます。横から見ると鼻先が相対的に高くなり、よりバランスが整って見えますね✨ プロテーゼは使用しないという選択肢も一度考えてみてください。 Some doctors recommend a silicone implant for patients whose nasal bridge is already sufficiently high but appears blurry or undefined. This is often because they are unable to perform osteotomies to narrow the nasal bones. As in this case, when the nasal bridge is already high enough and the main issue is simply that the nasal bones are too wide, osteotomy alone can create a much more defined and refined nasal bridge. This patient already had a silicone implant in place. However, compared with the nasal tip, the implant made the bridge slightly too high, and the patient also had persistent redness. Therefore, I recommended removing the implant and performing osteotomies to maintain the definition of the nasal bridge. From the front and top views, the way light reflects along the nasal bridge remains essentially unchanged—or, in fact, the bridge can appear even more defined after surgery. From the side view, the nasal tip appears relatively higher, creating a more balanced and harmonious profile. ✨
